The service is slow and the cashiers stop for long periods and you begin to think they have walked away. Their fountain and landscaping is exceptional and improves the experience. Most well kept establishment of this manner I have been to recently. Overall OK, it is a McDonald's so it is average and will rarely see a 5 star review.

I have left a poor review for this restaurant in the past and have also sent messages to the corporate office begging them to do something to improve the service and the cleanliness. I was contacted by someone locally who I believe worked for the franchise owner. She was very kind and apologetic and acknowledged that there were problems at this location. She also explained that the manager was aware and they were working to resolve many of the issues. She sent me some coupons and asked me to return in a few weeks. I returned and I did see improvements, specifically in the speed of service, which had been deplorable. The attentiveness of the staff also improved as did the cleanliness. However this was all short lived.

It has recently gone downhill again. I have been avoiding going there but stopped by tonight. It wasn't busy but maybe it had been. However this should not be an excuse for how the place looked. I have never been disgusted when I walked into a McDonald's before but I was tonight. Garbage was stacked high on top of all of the garbage bins and garbage was overflowing onto the floor. Ice cream had melted all over the place by one of them creating a gooey mess. The soda machines had puddles of sticky syrup oozing out from beneath them. Large drink lids had run out and someone had just placed the new package out on the counter without bothering to fill the dispenser. It was so bad that I decided to only get a drink. If the public area looked like that I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I considered calling the health department and may still do so. I will not be returning any time soon and recommend avoiding this location. A busy McDonald's can be well run and maintained, but this one is not. Chick-Fil-A is just across the street and just as busy if not more so. It may be more expensive but I assure you it will be a better experience.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but this review pulled me off of sabbatical.

I don't spend time on what's good, all restaurants should be good.  When one is great I will go out of my way to celebrate it. If one is a bit off I chalk it up to "someone has to lose."  But when one is set up to win, in my home town, and fails like a fart in church, I'm going to mention it.

McDonald's has a proven model of success. There are millionaires all over the country who have purchased their franchise, worked their tails off, and with rare exceptions have been successful.  You have to go out of you way to screw it up.

Well, McDonald's 84025, you have screwed it up!

We are not asking for Michelin stars, we just want the brand promise.  Good, hot food now.  Keep it clean, organized, and give me what I ordered.

    Order - incorrect
    Food - delayed
Food - mcDs fries should be piping hot, not wilted grease
    Food - not good
Interior - disgusting mess, and the place was not busy

I have not had time to google ownership of this location but someone might want to let them know they are getting killed on social media. FB IG and SC videos with commentary are putting all of this on display.

It's a darn shame. Due to excessive travel I often eat at great places, but I live in a gastronomic wasteland.  Having the Golden Arches come to town was comforting at some nostalgic base, but Ronald simultaneously broke my heart while I was having a gag reflex.

This place was so bad I called the health department. I saw a rat run through a different restaurant and it was cleaner than this place.  Does that say enough?

Stopped here at 5 am on our road trip to California. The place was empty. The young man behind the counter was friendly and very accommodating to my coffee needs.

This must be a new store because it was so nicely decorated with flatscreen TV's and led lighting that changed colors and hip wall decor.

Our order was promptly taken. We got a sausage mc muffin, sausage mc griddle, has browns and coffee. The English muffin was a little hard, but everything else was fresh and tasty. I will have to say McDonald's has some really good brewed coffee.

This location is just off the 15 north of Salt Lake City with easy in easy off. If you're hungry this is an easy stop with room for trailer parking.
